For ministry meetings, trainings and events. Rooms are free. Send a request and the facilities team will confirm it by email.

Requests come from a signed-in account.

So each request has a real name and email, and we can confirm the room with you. There’s no password: we email you a link.

John, Luke, Matthew, MarkMonday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM
Welcome Center, Dgroup LoungeWeekdays 9:00 AM to 12 NN, and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Dgroups use both rooms on weekday afternoons and evenings.
SundaysNo room requests. The center is used for the services.

Policies

ApprovalThe facilities team checks every request and emails you to confirm. Please wait for that email before announcing your event.
Free for ministriesRooms are free for ministry use.
Set-up timeYour time should include setting up and packing up, so the room is ready when people arrive and free for the next group.
PriorityWhen requests clash, these come first: COS (NE and Centris) meetings, huddles and Dgroups; COS wives (NE and Centris) meetings, huddles and Dgroups; COS and ministry lead meetings; Ministry lead and core meetings; Ministry and volunteer general assemblies.
FoodBringing your own food needs no permit. Catered food does, and the team will tell you how to get one.
EquipmentSome equipment is still on its way. We'll tell you if something you asked for won't be ready on your date.
Leaving the roomPut chairs and tables back as you found them and take your rubbish with you.
ChangesIf plans change, cancel from "My reservations" or email us as early as you can, so another ministry can use the room.
